Peak Season Rates apply
from Dec 24 thru Jan 7. Nightly Rate Up to four persons: $300 Each
additional person: $30 Minimum booking: 7 nights Xmas to New Year
otherwise 3 nights. Maximum sleeping accommodation: 3 couples, two
singles. Possibly additional bedding could be arranged for
children.
High Season
High Season Rates apply
from Dec 1 thru Dec 23, Jan 8 thru Feb 28. Nightly Rate Up to four
persons: $250 Each additional person: $30 Minimum booking: 3 nights.
Maximum sleeping accommodation: 3 couples, two singles. Possibly
additional bedding could be arranged for children.
Note: High Season
rates also apply at Easter, Queens Birthday weekend and Labour
weekend.
Shoulder Season
Shoulder Season Rates apply
from Oct 1 thru Nov 30, Mar 1 thru April 30. Nightly Rate Up to four
persons: $200 Each additional person: $25 Maximum sleeping
accommodation: 3 couples, two singles. Possibly additional bedding
could be arranged for children.
Lower Level Only - Couple's Special.* Nightly Rate for two persons:
$100. Minimum booking: 2 nights.
Low Season
Low Season Rates apply from
May 1 thru Sep 30. Nightly Rate Up to four persons: $150 Each
additional person: $25 Maximum sleeping accommodation: 3 couples, two
singles. Possibly additional bedding could be arranged for
children.
Lower Level Only - Couple's Special.* Nightly Rate for two persons:
$75. Minimum booking: 2 nights.

These special rates are only available in the Shoulder and Low Seasons.
All the facilities on the lower level are provided including the hot
tub spa, king size bedroom and ensuite, laundry, lounge, TV and kitchenette
with direct access to the gardens and lower deck. Access is via an external
uncovered path from the carport.
Complete privacy is assured as the upper level will always be unoccupied.
Our cheaper rate results from the lower cleaning and maintenance costs.
